This is regards to Smartwatch Which I have ordered on 13th September 2022 from Amazon,
I got the order and i have received empty box.I have filed a case with customer care they had provided me a date of 20th September In the evening I got a message “Your account has been on hold” I have contacted the customer care they are yelling at me instead of giving me a resolution yesterday i had placed an order of Rs.9000 from different account and I haven’t received the order yet instead My account was on hold
I Have the full call recording of Amazon customer associate saying that “WHAT THE HELL” this kind of service they are providing I don’t know how take my order
I am helpless kindly help me with the best possible resolution
