Dear Mr Nitin/ Lovable Paytm Team,
Paytm seems to have become a Fraudulent team recently by not giving proper updates and it has the become the Worst Customer Care Service ever.
I had booked a Flight Ticket on March 11th and the travel date is on April 13th Evening from Bangalore to Chennai in Jet Airways.

Until now I do not know where my money is held up, still it has not been credited to my account and I have called the customer care and spoke to supervisor multiple times with no updates.
It was Jet Airways who had cancelled the flight and refund amount should be credited within 30 days which had been promised earlier. Now it is more than 2 months and still no updates from PAYTM.
I need a tentative timeline of when my money will be credited back. Also for many of my friends and relatives the flight had got cancelled in the month of May and they were able to get the refund back in 10 to 20 days.
Also I requested a mail confirmation from PAYTM every week that you are following up this case with the Airlines but until now no mail had been sent as an update.
I had to keep track of this and follow it up once in 15 days which is very annoying, refund this amount in my Paytm Wallet and you get the same from the Airlines. Else I will need a proof that PAYTM has really taken this up with Jet Airways, either a mail or voice conversation will do.
I also have all the conversations recorded with you guys, if required let me know will attach it.
Need my refund within a week.
