I have paid all the bills in the due time for each every loan and credit utilizations till now in my life. Recently i observed a drastic drop in my credit score when i analysed the report it says i missed a payment for Flipkart paylater but which i didnt . Flipkart even showed wrong report in transactions. When i tried contacting customer care, i was said it was mistake from flipkart side and the statement would be corrected in next bill generation and there wont be any effect on cibil. I even requested flipkart to close my paylater account they are not taking ahead. Please help in solving this issue and re building my cibil again.
