I have ordered one wall clock from Flipkart and when I received the product it was different from that shown on site so I requested for return person came to my house but with the reason that other vehicle will come to collect as item is delicate but after that my return was cancelled and when I called them they said that as per policy ur time is over but still I when I called so many times then after giving me various times for one day then after 4 hours and so on but after my requests they agin put return request and assured me that my problem will be resolved by 20th march 2023 and also I got message that some will come to pick up the returned item but no body came and my return was rejected with reason item is defected so I ordered the product on 23.02.2023 and till today I am fighting for their action so these people are playing with public money and making them fool
