I have a Tata Sky connection ( subscribers Id 1315027050) since. I have some network related problem in my set of box. I have called regarding the problem to Tata sky customer care number then I able to know that the address mentioned in Tata sky record is not matching to the actual address. I have asked him for correction in my address. Tata sky rep had demanded for updation in my address.
Since the I am still residing on the address where l have taken Tata sky insulation why would I pay for address updation.
I have given correct address prove correctly and the mistake was done by Tata sky rep or dealer.
Why should I pay for mistake of Tata sky rep/dealer. Tata sky rep has also told me if you not pay address updation charge you will lose your warranty.
I am again requesting to update my address and to continue my warranty.
I feel being the largest DTH service provider Tata sky will own the mistake of their rep/dealer and update my address without any charge.
