Text of Complaint by Karan Verma:

I bought a oneplus buds Z2 in March 2024. The product is still in warranty and the left bud started producing cracking sound.
For the same i submitted the product in oneplus service centre on 23/05/2024. My service record no. is IN16058X240523006.
They changed the bud and gave the new bud on 31/05/2024.
The new bud comes with a battery issue and i again submitted the buds on 1/06/2024.
They promised for the whole set[box with buds] replacement, but till today on 8/06/2024 they are not responding and just creating a mental harassment for me as they are again and again asking for more time.
Please take actions against them and help me to get a new bud as soon as possible.
