Hello sir ,As from yesterday company called PRELAX TECHNOLOGY some 2 fraud numbers were harassing me to pay 5500 as a level company agreement or you should be under section 73,74,75 they are threatening me to we will move case and take legal actions and sending SMS and threats in the JM-ATVTSF even they didn’t sent any credentials to me to work and they didn’t given any jobs but they were claiming we have all call recordings and message that you have accepted agreement.Agreement was I should pay if work can’t get complete but they didn’t given any work but suddenly yesterday they had case on me and harassing me to pay 5500 rupees and the fraud numbers are 8758002141 and via what’s app number is 7393926902.Please help me and take strict actions sir I am very afraid because my family is totally dependent on me sir please

Im also facing this same problem, someone call me and pay 5500,incase you cannot pay this amount means we will take action to me… In this problem im suffered more stress and more pressure..
This company send the google pay number but the mobile number is switched off…
they had case on me and harrassing me to pay 5500 rupees and the fraud numbers are 7572800361 and via what’s app number is 7393926902.
please take any actions

Did you faced any legal activites like they really cased or not????i am too worried..i received a mail and it said i have been cased..
Yesterday they callled me. And also send me the mail. There are so may complaints regarding this. I am also worried.hope nothing willl happpen.

The above mentioned number has wats apped me. In true calller thiss a fraud number. From that its understoood they are scammmers.

Yes i got too many calls ..I even got a notice that i have been listed in a case and i will eeceive the hard copy at my nearest police station….

But when i searched in gooogle the fir number is same for some other guy also and the notic they send to me the date i statrtrd tge work also is different. That number itself its showing fraud in truecaller

Hi this happen recently with me as well did you guys pay there are also telling me you will receive case copy and all I don’t know wat to do pls help
I also facing the same from prelax technology, don’t worry, they are fraud, they cant do anything, I got the same agreement, the agreement is fake,note that one stamp paper used for all agreement. Only one agreement can make with one stamp paper .they called me yesterday and asking for money, otherwise they will take legal action and i replied, do whatever you can i will not give any single paisa, after that they send lawyer notice by email.

and the verification call she told that there is no amount is their in a agreement cancellation process but now someone says in cancellation process u have to pay 30000
