I had received a call on 28 July 2023 from 9630355312 number and WhatsApp messages from 9685425058 number, they asked me to fill 400 forms in 5 days correctly in which today on 3 August 2023 they are saying I had not done the forms correctly as I had copy pasted those matter so there is no chance of incorrect work and now they are asking me to give them 8500rs and threatening me to take legal actions.
Subject: Notice Regarding Breach of Contract Quality of Work is below 80%
Dear ,
We are writing in reference to the contract that was signed between you and Company Logisticsquedata having registered address 7th floor, Trifecta Adatto, 67, ITPL Main Rd, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048.
As per the terms of the contract, you had agreed to fulfill certain requirements with 80% accuracy. However, we have found that you have failed to meet these requirements. Therefore, according to the contract you are liable for portal charges of 8500Rs.
We advise you to pay this amount at your earliest convenience. If we do not receive payment, then we will be forced to take legal action against you and file a court case for non-payment of dues in the court of Bengaluru City Cibil Court.
Kindly take this notice seriously as we cannot allow any breach in our contractual obligations.
