AS I PURCHASED A MSI GF 63 GAMING LAPTOP IN FLIPKART ON 7TH NOVEMBER 2020, AND IT DELIVERED ON 14TH NOVEMBER 2020, ON NEXT DAY I HAVE NOTICED TWO PROBLEMS IE., WITH SERIAL NUMBER AND SCREEN BLEEDING ISSUE.AS I RAISED A COMPLAINT REGARDING WITH IT BUT THE FLIPKART EXECUTIVE RAISED A REQUEST REGARDING WITH SERIAL NUMBER ONLY.WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM THEY TOLD THAT THEY CAN RAISE ONLY ONE ISSUE AT A TIME.THEY SOLVED THE 1ST ISSUE REGARDING WITH SERIAL NUMBER ON NOVEMBER 30 2020 IE., AFTER RETURN PERIOD WAS OVER.NOW IAM NOT ABLE TO RAISE A REQUEST AGAIN.I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMERCARE AND RAISED A REQUEST REGARDING WITH SCREEN BLEEDING ISSUE WHEN I HAVE RETURN PERIOD TIME.THEY TOLD PROBLEM SHOULD BE SOLVED ON 29TH OF NOVEMBER.ON 30TH OF THE NOVEMBER I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT THE RETURN AND REPLACEMENT WAS REJECTED……..WHAT TO DO NOW…..I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT …..WITH SCREEN BLEEDING ISSUE…..
