Respected sir
I went to the liquor store the other day to pick up a bottle of wine. When I went to check out, I noticed they weren’t giving me a receipt for my purchase. I asked the cashier about it and they said it’s the State Government store and this is the policy not to provide receipts when customers buy liquor or wine. Apparently some wine shops don’t like to create paper trails for alcohol purchases. Not a big deal really, I probably could have used the receipt for a business expense but oh well. At least I got my wine, even if I can’t prove how much I spent on it! Not the end of the world to not get a little slip of paper.
