We have bought a Marq by Flipkart semi automatic washing machine 6kg from Flipkart on May 8,2023 . On that day itself found there is electric shock throught water inlet. Raised for a replacement on the same day. Technician visit was scheduled on 9 May 2023 he didn’t visit on that day. After repeated calls with the Flipkart customer care he came on May 11, 2023. He checked and informed us there is an issue with the product and advised us to give not happy. After sometime we got a message that replacement is cancelled. We again connected with the customer care many times and asked for replacment. They asked to give a new request. We did the same. And as per further discussions they assured replacement of the product by 12 may 2023 evening. But on 12 may 2023 they are again scheduling technician visit. On calling the customer care and mentioning our concern they are purposefully disconnecting the call in the middle of the conversation. Please help us in this matter. Ready to share the video of the defect if needed.
