I booked a Bosch fully automatic washing machine on 3november 2018 through paytm mall. The expected time of delivery was 7 November 2018 . But the order has not till date been delivered. We spoke many a times to your paytm people but no response from their side. My order number is 6445375988. We have paid total Rs 38,970 through credit card. My personal suggestion is not to purchase any item from paytm as it is wastage of time money and mental harassment. Kindly look at this matter as early as possible and do needful. When i tried to contact the authorised person he asked me to order appliance of another company instead of what we had already ordered and paid for and he said the order was not in stock. And we have ordered it because it was showed on paytm mall and was in stock.
