Dear Sir/Madam,
We had purchase new Voltas air conditioner(Split) on dated 28-05-2024 from “Applied Refrigeration, C-27/170-A-1-A, Jagat Ganj, Varanasi – 221002”, on the day of installation Outdoor of Split AC was chocked so mechanic changed outer of the AC next day but there was no cooling and we enquired about this to mechanic and he says it will work after 2-3 hours as AC was new.
On words of Mechanic we waited for till days for cooling but its remain same no cooling for the same we called many time in Applied Refrigeration but they didnt respond. Lastly, we register our complain direct in TATA VOLTAS service centre to solve the cooling issue. Today on dated 04-06-2024 two person visited the site to check cooling of the AC but when they know that AC has been purchased from Applied Refrigeration then said Applied Refrigeration is responsible for service and any other type of issue, instantly we called in Applied Refrigeration, varanasi branch but after listening the status they cut the phone and put our call on BUSY somehow. we had tried so many time but they didnt pick the phone and didnt register our complain..
we demand to replace whole TATA VOLTAS Split Ac and fine against harassment we are going through. As this is the Hospital and you know the importance of AC in this type of Summer situation.

not working from 12 days. We have complained about the problem to voltas service provider but they do not resolve our issue.
Please find the attachment for the voltas ac purchase bill this is in under warranty.
Please check the issue & resolve as soon as possible as you know the heating issue nowadays.
