I am using Vivo X60 premium Phone from 1 Year , yesterday I have updated my phone and after update there is two green lines started appearing on screen, Now company is asking 10000 Rs for change of display. My complaint is something which has been done because of company sended update why would I pay , company is giving excuse your phone back glass is damaged which is one year back has broken, and no concern with current issue. So this means now these phone company or any other company can remotely control electronic devices corrupt them malfunction them and than they ask ask to pay them , and it is common that there may be various tear & wear because we are using the device from while.
