I have been a valued customer of Tata sky for more than 10 years now.
Last year, I had a few issues with Tata sky. So Tata sky technician
visited me and replaced the set top box saying it is not working
properly.
For that, I was charged a visiting fee as well as a set top box replacement fee.
I was ok with it, as the old set top box was working fine for more
than 10 years.
Now after one month, I started getting many issues with replaced set
top box, and finally yesterday it stopped working. When I raised a
complaint, the technician visited me and said the set top box is
having issues.
He replaced it again today after so much chaos. I cannot write
everything here, but Technician made me feel that he was doing a
favor to me.
Now I was told that I will be charged a visiting fee again.
It was Tata sky faulty set top box that caused the issue (Technician confirmed it) and now I am
being charged for Tata sky mistake.
I tried calling customer care multiple times, explaining to them the
situation, Every Time they raised a complaint, it was closed saying I
have to pay a visiting fee. The person who called me was providing
pathetic and rude service. he also suddenly cut the call and closed the
complaint.
I was really not expecting this from a brand like Tata.
