I have an airtel prepaid mobile no. is 8269012432.
Today I have received a msg by company for validity of outgoing calls services be expired ,if I have not recharge with of rs. 23 than this amount will be deduct from my account balance(screen shot be enclosed), than I call to Airtel customer service centre. He taught me that company changed his policy . I shoked I ask to him what’s is the TRAI rule and regulation .he did not give me a satisfactory answer about TRAI and say this company policy. If i did not recharged for this service , my outgoing / incoming service be stopped. This is ridiculous .
