I placed the order for biotique hair mask and i got the product also. It was sealed so i was assured that the product is good. When I opened the sealed packet, the mask’s foil cover was torn and it was inside the hair mask. By looking at it i felt so disgusted let aloan i will apply it on my hair. It looks like it has already been used by someone and returned back. The box cover and lid is all soiled and black. I asked the team to provide me the refund but they refused saying that they cannot provide the refund as per their policy. My concern is I can only check the outer cover and make sure the product is fine. If the product is torn from inside and i have used it after few weeks then where is my fault in this? moreover how can they not do any quality check and give us such used products.
