Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am a consumer of uppcl and resides in pandeypur varanasi 221002 UP and I am facing the issue very unethical and unacceptable. Actually we have a middle class family and monthly income is around 13k. My uppcl electricity bill comes always in around 2k to 2.5k but at 1st time we have got my bijli bill very huge. July month bill 7020 Rs and not paid this unethical bill due to not have sufficient funds and now this month in august,we have got bill 11082 Rs and due date is 18th of august but they cut my electricity bill today and said that pay complete outstanding bill immediately. I paid 1k today.
Please resolve my this huge amount electricity bill…I think this is wrong reading electricity bill and make pressure on middle class family to live in their gundagardi…And no one has come from Uppcl for the last year and a half to check the readings and give paper bills. I pay my bill always through online and in time but Those who have 1 lakh or 2 lakh outstanding bills, these Uppcl department are not able to recover. This is truth.
Kindly do investigate on my last 2 months electricity bill from ‘june to july’ 2023 and resolve or revised my bill if found wrong and punish harshly.
Kindly do the needful…
