I have visited your college road Belgaum service center with the complaint that, I am not getting the signal but getting emergency calls only message. I have told the person that, earlier also happened like this and after some time this problem was solved automatically. But the person in your customer care center has told me to take a new SIM. Accordingly I have taken a new SIM. But after some time the problem has been solved without putting new SIM.
Hence I request you to advise the person not to harrash like this.
