I am a 75 year old senior citizen and a consumer of electricity provided by MSEDCL (MAHAVITARAN).
I have been regular with the payment of my monthly bill. But the electricity bill for the month of June 2020 which is priced rules 1810.00 is really inappropriate as compared to my previous electricity billls.
I have sent a complaint regarding the same with MSEDCL on 3rd of July, 2020 but there has been no reply from their side except for the complaint ID that was sent to me via SMS almost immediately after the I registered the complaint.
I wish to receive an appropriately curated bill which is correctly calculated.
