My order ORDER # 404-1043089-6919536 is not delivered. In amazon site it shows free delivery, But the courier ( Ecom Express ) charging me Rs.400 to deliver. I ordered same item twice, But couriered return that item without my knowledge. Even The delivery agent asking me to pick the product. Since it is mentioned “Free delivery” in the amazon website, it is misguiding the customer.
Kindly take necessary action .
