Chippa wood 2 seater sofa was delivered at my residence in Sohna sector 32 on 16th April .
The delivery person came and clicked pics and was not ready to listen to mumy issues regarding incorrect color and defective /damaged print . He said talk to customer care .
And since last whole week I kept trying their nos but no one gave a solution .
The carpenter came to see the product snd he clearly declared it as defective and unrepairable .
I raised the issue within 15 mins of the delivery of the product however now they say its the usage issue !
How can I use a sofa and tear tbe fabric within 15 minutes of delivery that no one is able to understand .
So I need a replacement or a refund of Rs 33000 .
