hello sir, i vishal i have complaint against to one plus tv for replace my new TV , In august month my tv display was damaged so i complained raised to customer care of one plus tv my complaint no is. 220930-004226 has already registered in one plus i have try to many times for replace my ( new tv ) but no change my tv to till date i send many times email or call but no update to regarding my tv. approx 3 months has completed but no take positive action by one plus company

pls i request to you solve my problem
