Dear Voda-Idea,
In the context of the email sent by you, I had told earlier that no letter has been given by me or my organization GAIL India Limited to Voda-Idea for issuing a corporate SIM in my name. The residence proof letter for proof of my address was issued by the competent officer of GAIL, and no request was made for issuing a corporate SIM in my name. Due to this, no NOC can be given by GAIL India Limited in this regard. Once again, you are requested that if you have any letter issued by GAIL India Limited in this regard, then please send its soft copy on the mail. With reference to this letter, NOC for issuing SIM in the name of a personal person can be taken from GAIL India Limited. Hence, you are requested to tell with proof as to why you issued a SIM in my name in the name of corporate plan GAIL India Limited.
Your appropriate reply in this regard is required very soon.

This is with reference to your email about corporate to individual for the account ATUL DWIVEDI and Vi mobile numbers 9917200187 and 9917200189.
You will need to provide your employee with an NOC letter from the company or an Authorized Signatory is mandatory for ownership change (Customer details should match with the NOC letter given by the company). To get the number transferred to their personal name they will need to visit a Vi store a provide the certificate along with the following documents:
1. Self-attested Proof of Identity (POI) of the user
2. Self-attested address Proof of Company (POA).
3. 1 Latest passport-size photograph
Important Note:
1. Billed and unbilled amounts should be cleared
2. Next bill will be generated after the ownership change on a pro-rata basis which needs to be cleared by the transferor (existing customers)
Once you do all the formalities, the number will be converted into an individual within 48 hours. To activate the number, you should dial 59059 and verify the name, address, and other relevant details with the executive. It will take 1 hour for Tele verification. Once the verification is positive the card will be activated.

Subject:- Regarding transfer of Voda-Idea SIM postpaid from corporate plan to personal name.
I am using two postpaid Voda-Idea mobile SIMs (9917200187 and 9917200189) for more than 10 years. But your services are very bad since last few years. Especially in our area the signal is very bad or not available. Hence, I am not interested in continuing with Voda-Idea anymore. Your service is very bad in this price. But your representative has kept our SIM number in corporate plan without our and our organization’s permission, due to which I am not able to port my number to other service provider operator available in our area. In this regard, as per your earlier communication I tock to the competent officer of our organization informed us through mail that in this regard our organization (GAIL India Limited – Pata Auraiya) has given a letter for only the residential address, and not for issuing SIM in the name of the organization GAIL India Limited.
If you have any proof / latter given by our organization (GAIL India Limited – Pata Auraiya) for keeping our SIM number in corporate plan, then share the copy with us on mail. So that further action can be ensured.
The bill of Idea SIM is being paid by me since the first time and not by my organization, hence you are requested to transfer my two postpaid Voda-Idea SIMs to my personal name. Kindly inform me about the progress of this entire matter on my registered mail as soon as posable.
