Why I need to break my head with your phone operators handling toll free numbers to explain payment done through VI app for following numbers which never gets credited without submitting the transaction details ?
Why the status on your app shows payment due even after full payment of bills through your app.???
– Never gets registered complaints number after lodging the complaint
– never get response to email
– why so much harassment
– how would you compensate me against this harassment..
Every time connection gets disconnected because of your in total disorder and junglee system leaving customers in shambles.
