An order have placed by me for Fubar Man Striped straight Kurta M.light green.But i received torn products on dated Sept 18.2020.
Complaint regarding this torn product have been lodged by me on sept,26,2020 and requested therein to replace this torn product.The executive who had attended my call on 26 sept,2020 told me that your issues regarding torn product will be resolved on completion of 48 hours ie on 28 Sept, 2020.On dated 28 Sept,2020 after completion of 48 hours,i again requested to your executive to resolved my issue,but on that day i again missed guide by your executive by saying that your issues will be resolved on Oct o1,2020,same episode has been repeated by your company executive
Some of female executives talked with me insolently and extend the period of resolving of my issues to Oct05,2020.On dated 05 Oct,2020
I again requested to present executive to resolved the issues but he refused and told me that your issues will sattelled/ resolved on o6 Oct,2020.today on Oct06,2020 that period has been extended by your executive team to 09 Oct,2020.Sir i want to bring your kind attention regarding this abnormal delay and requested to look into the matter personally and got resolve my issues without further delay.
