Dear Customer Support Team/Jio Circle Head/Jio India Head
I have charged jio mobile 8433214616 by Paytm wallet.Unfortunately it is not activated within one minute and I understood that plan is not recharged then I used credit card of my friend Ajay kumar kushwaha for recharging the mobile number 8433214616.Through My Jio care ,I extend expire date on 17sept instead of 23 may 2019.Now Customer care told me that it is not possible.Why it is not possible ? I need one plan at a time .So either in queue or extended expire date.Talk Higher authority.Ultimate customer is suffering from these things.Please consider my request to extant expire date or refund or queue.and take sincerely and resolve my problem.
Please don’t email by writing, no provision in Jio care.Talk make provision to either refund money or extant expire date or plan in queue.It is not big thing.Please mention customer application then deactivate one plan which are running at same time.
I think that It will resolve matter with positive aspects.
