I requested airtel to convert my 3family plan numbers from postpaid to prepaid on 12th September.they want 7 day for the completion of process. But still on 14th october they are unable to convert my primary number to prepaid. And now they are demanding me to pay the outstanding amount till now. As i requested on 12sept then from 12 7 days are till19 so i am ready to pqy my amount till 19 sept but they are not doing so. Why should i pay the money even if their is mistake from Airtel.
