Sir I ordered a Axor helmet and the product I was received that was wrong so, I raised a complaint and return that product and also share those images to them by the mail which they have told to me; but the problem was arise when I get mail from Amazon service and they told me that the product we have received that was wrong and doesn’t match with which you shared through your mail. I was shocked and tell them I already received a wrong product and shared those images and video through the mail and I returned the same product but they don’t listen to this. It may have mismatch when it was the way of return but as a customer what should I do if it done by other person I do suffer for that. I told him what exact happened but they don’t listen to me. They told me they will process the refund process after receiving the correct product but I already return it, I have nothing but don’t want to listen. Please help me sir this is hard earned money. Kindly help me to get out from this problem.
