I recharged my Airtel prepaid number several times with small amount of money for example Rs. 20,35 and 50 but each time the operator notifies me that my balance is not adequate to make a call or to recharge immediately to resume the outgoing services. If such recharges are unuseful then why they have included it in the recharge option. Only to make fool out of s customer?
