I applied for ICMR Assistant post on the website pgimer.nic.in
When I was going to pay the fees for my examination, the screen was showing that payment could not be done.
I tried again and still it showed the same.
For the 3rd time, the transaction could be done and it was successful.
But an amount of ₹1500/- was debited thrice from my bank account.
When payment could not be done, how can tis amount be debited?
I want a refund of ₹3000/- as ₹1500/- were debited twice unnecessarily because of technical issues on the website, not from my side.
