Hello My Self Shruti Beladiya .
I had been worked in Taken point manpower solutions Pvt ltd as a Team Leader of IT Recruitment Team . I had join the Company from 1st June & I had left that Company on 7/7/22
Because on that time I was very ill & admitted .. I had shared the Medical Certificate & Prescription also But they said that I have to come office by tomorrow (7/7/22). So i have to left the job .
after then i had try to reach them for a my salary but they said that i have to paid intimation period but i m not ready to Pay a intimation period because they can’t understood the Situation of their employee. So after that i request them to Release my Salary but they are not Answering yet And also on my illness time The Director behaviour was not good ..
it’s Almost 1.5 month has been passed but Still I Didn’t Get my Salary ..
Kindly help me ….
