On June 14th 2022, I have ordered a phone Moto g82 5G (8GB+128GB white lily) with Rs 21528 INR. On June 18th 2022, I received the Phone. But As I opened the package, On the box, it has written Moto g82 5G (6GB+128GB Meterorite Grey). So same day I had raised a return request. Today is 05th July 2022, Still they didn’t ask anything. I am chasing them but in every call they ask me to wait for 24 hours to 48 hours.
They have blocked my money from last 15 days. Now I am not able to buy another phone which I need very badly. Please help me to solve this.
