Text of Complaint by JYOTI:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter email on behalf of my client, Ms. Jyoti, . My client was using your website/application “FLIPKART” over her phone using her Login ID “84……………………” On 12.02.2021, my client ordered various products via your application with Order Id OD120995182452951000 and paid Rs. 67,559/- (Rupees Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Nine only) from her Axis Bank Account No. ending in XXXX0949 with Transaction Reference Id 803663205 dated 12.02.2021.
After Couple days, my client received the products you delivered her, and after opening the box, she discovered that some of the products are damaged and others are different/mismatched from the ordered products. Soon after receiving, my client initiated your return and refund policy and tried to contact the customer service executive, who informed my client that the aforementioned return initiated by my client would not be approved/acknowledged due to the large number of products. After several days, my client attempted to contact customer service again and found that her account had been blocked by you.
My client appointed as a Sub Inspector at Shahdara Police Station. The order was issued during the ongoing covid 19 pandemic, and my client was on essential services duty at the time. As a result, my client relied on your company (application) and bought the aforementioned products for her own marriage, which was ruined due to your gross incompetence, causing her depression and affecting her mental health.
I would like to bring to your attention that in such situations, instead of going to litigation, which is a tedious, time-consuming, and financially draining process for both parties, request email should be used and, in my opinion, litigation should only be used as a last resort.
Now therefore, through this email I hereby call upon you to refund the sum of Rs. Rs. 67,559/- (Rupees Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Nine only) and sum of Rs. 50,000/- towards the interest, cost and legal expenses to my client within 15 days of receipt of this email. I also request you to unblock my client’s Flipkart account.
I’ve attached some screenshots of emails I’ve previously sent to your given email address in which you claim to resolve issues in 24 hours.
Awaiting your positive response
