I have booked 3 tickets of spicejet through via.com and the ticket got cancelled by the airlines on 4th Sept 2021 and the money was refunded to via.com but it’s almost 1½ month that the via.com is not refunding my money, nor replying to any of my emails and neither attending my calls.
