I did a flight tickets through Goibibo app and the PNR is T3A1JB on 6th Feb 2023. This flight was cancelled and after raising a refund request repeatedly, there no response from Goibibo. I have also contacted Star air and they informed me that, they returned the amount to Goibibo. So, now am not be able to contact to Goibibo in any mode of communication, now the status in their app is showing that, the issue have been resolved. But my amount of Rs. 9427 is not yet been credited to my bank account.
