I want a refund for my Purchase of Combo of Sony headphones + Galaxy Buds which I bought from website freewire-in.myshopify.com
I got to know about this fraudulent app through Facebook ads and since it was on COD, I ordered it and then after investigating a little on google I came across various consumer complaints filed against it. Then I immediately mailed to freewire123@gmail.com for cancellations as I didn’t want to cause any inconveniences to them. And, I ordered a same priced HD-206 Sennheiser’s headphone from Amazon on COD. And, in that confusion I accepted this parcel only to find that it has kay joy kj-222 headphones (price around Rs 200 only), and not even the actual one the site promised.
I tried to contact them through the contact us link they offered in their website, but didn’t get any response yet. And, I doubt I would get any.
Please look through this matter asap, as more people are falling into their trap with each day passing. And, please make sure they initiate my refund fast. Kindly find the attachment. Thanks
