I am Dilip ramchandra jambhale have an account in jankalyan sahkari bank (fort) this is to notify you that there has been an unauthorised translations of rs 48500 in made from my account A/C no 020010100003064 on 20/09/2022
For which I loged a complaint in cyber crime,local police station and my respected bank within 24 hr of this transaction. I have also filled a dispute form in my bank.
And i get refund of only rs 3000 and rs 48500 an 23/09/2022. After that there is no rupees from my bank.
According to rbi guidelines, I should get a full refund within 10 days of my notification to the bank . But asking about the same, bank staff is not responding about this matter at all and staff not answering about rbi guidelines or fraudlent chargeback.and bank staff said wite for 9/10/2022 but then not respond for bank .
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful
