The following mail is given to Tata Sky and its solution is yet to be done.
Dear sir
I would like to inform you that my tatasky customer i d. 1056114406 was recharged on 16th June 2019 for a year + 1 month and accordingly its next recharge should be in the month of July 16th 20 onwards where as the screen reminder is conveying to recharge by 18th / 22nd June 20. I have informed the matter to your online personnel through the chat window on 18th -June 20 and was assured to resolve the issue. Further in this regard I was suggested to make a recharge of Rs 50/ to view the service without interruption and the amount will be reversed to my account as the matter is resolved so I have done the same but the update on my account is yet to be done. Your customer care number is not responding so I have to write the mail to bring the matter to your notice. I hope that the issue will be resolved soon.
