I have made the jio recharge on my mobile no.8219680297 of Rs. 399 through icici bank net banking Transaction ID 1618690873 but it failed on jio server and and amount was debited from my icici bank account which is not credited back after 24 hours. please see the issue and help me to refund the same amount. screen shot attached for ur refrance.
