Greetings of the Day!
This is regarding the concern related to the order that I had placed from the website Indian Ethinic Planet on 26th of Oct 2020 for the “Lengha Choli” black colored with dupatta XL size. I had also made the payment for the same online for which I had received the confirmation message and mail also on my registered email id.
But today when I tried to check my order status it is showing that the email id that I had registered does not exist and no order has been placed, however I had made the payment of Rs 499/- online via HDFC Net Banking while placing the order for which I received the confirmation message as well. So I had to create a new email id.
My previous email id which I had registered was ranjanapandey22@rediffmail.com and my new email id is ranjana_dazy@yahoo.co.in
My Order Number is #3142.
It’s extremely surprising and intolerable that I am unable to track my order although I had made the payment upfront for the same. I require my order that I had placed or else my money back in my account.

Request you to kindly resolve my concern on priority basis and revert back on my mail id as soon as possible.
I have now sent sent 3 mails to the team but they have not given any reply to me till date.
