I booked a zoom car on 25th Sept 2020
My booking details are as follows:
Booking Id: JPS6NETKQ.
Car type: Swift
Pick/Up : 12:00 AM / 26 SEP 20, SAT
Drop : 09:30 PM/ 28 SEP 20, MON
But due to the far pickup location and non-availability of a car near my area, we requested customer care to cancel my booking. For cancellation, they charged me Rs 200 & Promised that the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days. One month has been over but yet I didn’t get my refund. I tried to contact customer care so many times, no success. There is no direct customer care No available for old booking. Tried to contact through the Zoomcar contacts us page. Here also I didn’t get single mail from Zoomcar.
Zoomcar has decided on the refund money and still taking a long time to refund. I messaged on the Zoomcar FB page. There, they first promised that money will be refunded within 30 days. After 30 days again I asked, they are telling it will take more than 2-3 weeks.
Why there is no proper refund policy ??
Why no customer support system for old booking?
Is this a digital India ??
I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve my problem. I would like to request through you that the concerned ministry should look into this matter and teach the lesson to Zoomcar so that Zoomcar will stop exploiting to the customer.
