Hi,

I ordered one product from the Snapdeal for which I got a message that the product has got delivered but I did not recieve any product neither I got call from any courier people and I checked in my building, no one has received the product. I have contacted Snapdeal regarding this query but did not receive any reply from them. I have sent them many emails but didn’t get any response.I am very pissed off. I have already paid the amount. How they can send me the delivery message without delivering the product. Even after so many emails they don’t even bother to contact or solve my issues. So I request you to take necessary actions against this and do the needful!!
