Greetings!
With due respect, I would like to register my complaint for the Marks & Spencer Women’s Synthetic Cardigan (T38/7752_Light Pink_S (8) amount 2399 exchanged product etc.
I have discussed with costumer care agents several time regarding the subject order amounts issue.
We have returned Marks & Spencer Women’s Synthetic Cardigan (T38/7752_Light Pink_S (8) amount 2399 exchanged product ) on 2nd January, but we have not receive amount till date.
I was talking to Mr. Abhay regarding issue he told me that it’s product used & older.
How would I know to received product is old. I have returned the same item which I have received
Amazon please resolve the issue & refund initiate or provide the order item, it’s not customer responsibility to what going on in this matter.
Your kind help will be highly appreciated.
