Dear Sir
As per offer and the scheme i had taken the connection of Independent TV (FORMALLY KNOWN AS RELIANCE BIG TV) and I had booked the Connection on 10th March 2018 and it was installed at my Home By End of December 2018.
As the matter of fact is that the offer provide by Independent Tv side that The all channels will be free of cost(Including All Hindi & English HD Channels) for 1 year after the installation of the DTH Set Up Box.
Now, At this time of moment your DTH Set Up box not showing any of the Channels Neither English(MUSIC ,MOVIE ENTERTAINMENT,HD) channels nor the HINDI (MUSIC ,MOVIE ENTERTAINMENT,HD) and also the same problem is occuring with the kinds channels and also the SET UP BOX ISN’T Working Properly .
So ,I like to request you that kindly solve this issue at your earliest, or otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer form of fraudry .
NOTE: I HAD ALSO TRIED TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT WAS ALWAYS STANDS IN QUE NOBODY TAKES UP THE CALL.
