SBI is the worst fastag service provider.
Can’t even recharge the tag properly. Every time we have to login to sbi fastag website for which it asks to change password very frequently. We can’t recharge in case of emergency.
So I decided to surrender my fastag with sbi. But I can’t even close my fastag account because of its technical problem. I’ve been trying to close since two weeks and yet the problem still remains unresolved. I urge to shut down this service provider because of its mental torcher it is causing its users.
very true – what to do ?? have you tried going to the sbi bank branch. soo many people already registered. extremally unhappy sir. very very irritating people. for showroom dealer payment they tagged us under these kind of worst service provider like 15 years old system. find any solution ??

Hi i am seeing that this complaint have started since Jan 2023 and sadly this issue has not sorted in June 2024.
I have done my KYC via site which technically meant my proper KYC (after limited KYC) to be completed but its not done still. The customer care is of no help and they stated technical issue in checking my KYC status.
My Fasttag is showing blacklisted due to insufficient balance even though i have more than 500 as balance.
Recently I am trying to surrender my fasttag and i am unable to because of KYC not completed.
I emailed at the customer care and got zero reply nor problem is resolved.
This is the Worst customer care and Fasttag service. Even their emergency no. doesn’t work most of the time.
