Sir,
I am an employee of KPTCL Govt. Of Karnataka and i have been transferred from belgaum to Bangalore.
I have requested for installation of tata sky through tatasky customer care no. Technician came installed tata sky and forced me to take binge/entertainment i denied. But he told is is fully free of cost so i told him i don’t have time to see. But he installed binge and told he will take return within a month. On 27th day i called technician to disconnect the binge otherwise it will take charge. Technician told that i don’t have time. Due to this tata Sky deducted my 299 Rs. Once i complained to tata sky customer care they are telling that we are sorry for our staff but amount will not be returned. I told tata sky customer care that i didn’t subscribed nor requested for binge so how you deducted amount?? On what background?? He told sorry for this but amount not returned.
