I ordered iPhone 11, from Omprakash Lalbahadur, who is owning an InstaID- “shopbrandeds” and selling the phone and other products from there. He said me to pay a 25,199 (18,000 + GST=7,199) payment, I have already made the payment of Rs. 18,000 to him and still my order has not been dispatched and he is asking for more money. When I asked him to return back my money and cancel my order but he is refusing to return my money and even cancel my order. He is saying that there is no return policy and even he is not ready to refund my money back. He has done fraud with many people and if he is not stopped from doing so then many people are going to face the same kind of issue and this regular fraud and scam activity is going to damage society. Kindly take strict action against him and also I want my 18,000 back.
