Regarding the Drop Point of Bus Service.
I am Swati Gupta W/o Anup Kumar Agrawal has done the Booking Service for my Husband from Red Bus from Raipur to Bhopal On 23 Dec at 7.00 pm and around morning 8.00 am my husband ask when we are going to reach Bhopal then bus operator told us that bus has changed the route because of some issues and we can drop u at Astha which is 100 km away from Bhopal and no other option is there, then we have come to know from many friends that bus always take that route to travel to Indore and doesn’t go to Bhopal if bus doesn’t go to Bhopal why they take booking for Bhopal and they are charging Rs.2600 for the service and other operator is charging only 1300-1500 max The Bus Operator is Complete Fraud because they always do this thing with the passenger
