Regarding my deposit refund money..
I have done a ZOOMCAR booking of Mahindra Xuv on 12-jun-2020 & ended on the same day.. As they promised the deposit amount should return with in 10-15days,but till today it’s almost 10months have finished, the amount has not refunded.. I called many times to ZOOMCAR customer care but no use of it , not responding properly…
They are saying due to technical issue we can’t refund, wait for some more days. Repeating the same for past 10months…
They r trying to cheat..
